how to use a reiki board

there’s a huge debate in the reiki community that distance reiki is less than in person. that’s something i don’t believe is true. in fact, i think distance reiki is completely underutilized. for some practitioners, it’s harder because they don’t have a physical person in front of them to be guided. that’s exactly when a reiki board would come into play.

reiki boards are amazing tools if you need something directly in front of you to conduct a distance reiki session. there’s reiki boards you can buy, but i found a lot of enjoyment in making my own.

distance reiki is a huge blessing for those that are unable to leave their homes or feel more comfortable in their own space.
