that’s how i came up with the name. in a business 101 class, i wrote the entire business plan even though i’d never even thought about being a massage therapist. it was a natural segway for me though. started as a nursing major, transitioned to occupational therapy, and found my passion in massage. by the end of december 2015, i’d graduated with my associate’s degree in massage therapy. as i went through school and practiced professionally, i knew i wasn’t going to stop at massage

while i was at school, i got introduced to energy work. even in small town iowa, i found a mentor in town. in the span of a little over a year, i completed my reiki 1, reiki 2, and holy fire usui reiki master certification by march 2020

not only do i have my massage license and reiki certifications, i also possess a mindfulness coach certification, am an eft tapping facilitator, and am working to become a yoga teacher, meditation coach, inner child coach, and somatic healing coach. i found that my passion is not only in massage, but in multiple forms of natural mind + body healing
